Testé et approuvé, ceci est un Drap de couchage et non une doublure pour augmenté la chaleur, à precissé.Drap pas mal fait juste qu'il faut l'enfiler et puis ce mettre dans le sac de couchage.question chaleur cel n'opporte rien, juste avoir un très bon sac de couchage en duvet, rien de mieux, pour ma part j'ai le "Naturehike 650FP Sac de couchage sarcophage ultra léger en duvet chaud - 9 °C à 7 °C - Avec sac de compression imperméable " qui est très bien et j'en ai fait un commantaire.Donc n'oublier pas ce ci est un drap, plus facile à laver qu'un sac en duvet. Après une utilisation quotidienne pendant 10 jours en trek, j'en suis totalement satisfait.Le drap est doux et assez grand en largeur et longueur (je fait 1m84). Il ne produit aucune odeur désagréable (à condition d'avoir une hygiène minimale, bien sûr).Il est léger et compact, pour ma part je le range dans mon sac étanche avec mon sac de couchage et mes affaires pour dormir.Cependant, ne comptez pas augmenter la température dans votre sac de couchage, même si je dois admettre que la sensation de douceur et d'enveloppe procure une légère sensation de chaleur :-)Son principal atout réside dans sa légèreté et sa capacité à protéger le sac de couchage des saletés par l'intérieur.Je recommande. I purchased 2 of these Tough Outfitters sleeping bag liners to use while traveling. I do not like sleeping on hotel beds and these solve that problem! The material is medium thickness, not too thick to make you hot but thick enough to create a barrier between you and the hotel sheets.The liner easily folds up into its travel bag. I have washed and dried them several times, so far, without any issues. The zipper works well. You can open it up entirely so that it lays flat. You can also zip yourself inside it comfortably. I found it to be the right size, of high quality, and a great design. It folds up small enough to throw into a suitcase or purse!It also conveniently has a built-in pocket for a pillow. You can easily use a hotel pillow or your own. I would definitely recommend these liners for the comfort of home while traveling! Compre el tamaño doble para colocarlo dentro de mi slleping doble narurehike, la tela se siente de buena calidad y es caliente, puedes abrir la sabana de ambos lados gracias a los cierres integrados, pero me decepciono la bolsa de transporte pues te engañan en la foto de publicidad, realmente es mucho más grande al transportarlo, la calidad del remate en la sabana es mala, siento que podría llegar a descocerse. nice adhd hack

 don't travel, I don't sleep in hotels. But I do have ADHD, and a double bed in a relatively small bedroom. So not only does time get away from me and it'll be, admittedly, a couple months since I fully changed my bedsheets, but it's also awkward as heck moving around my room to get sheets off and on, I bought this after seeing someone recommend a 'hotel sleeping bag' on a forum, and oh boy-- I wish I knew of these sooner!! It's so convenient it's crazy! Instead of having to strip your entire bed every single time, and doing a whole work out to get a new set on, you can just pull this thing out from under you sheets, wash it, and stick it back in and that's it! It's a double zipper too - so you can be fully encased like an actual sleeping bag, or only having the side zipped up and the bottom open so your feet can breath or give you some more room if you'r on the taller side... Of course, you should still regularly wash your bedding, but this thing is a blessing for those of us who can't keep up with 'weekly' chores like that. I will be getting at least one more of these, but probably in a queen size, just because i like having extra room and this double set is just a tiny bit snug on my double bed with my body pillows.  don't travel, I don't sleep in hotels. Polyester is better/easier to deal with

I initially purchased a five star cotton liner from another brand. It was bulky and required a crazy amount of fabric softener to make it soft enough to compress (it was absolutely massive folded). This is a vast improvement. It breathes well and compacts down to a small pouch. I like that it protects my expensive sleeping bag. It's also great in a hotel. If you roll around at all though, the brand won't matter. You'll end up wrapped up like a mummy. I purchased plastic tarp clips and they keep it in place.
